Assignment Description

We are looking for an Agile Product Leader

What You Will Work On

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and dependencies
• Analyze and document business processes and requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT
• Support solution design, testing, and acceptance processes
• Ensure alignment with architectural principles and integration standards
• Track performance and outcomes using KPIs and data-driven insights
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes and ways of working

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Experience working within ERP environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong experience in requirements management and process modeling
• Experience working in agile environments
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes, preferably Order-to-Delivery
• Good understanding of system architecture and integration principles
• Ability to analyze data and track performance using KPIs
