Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Compliance Specialist

What You Will Work On

• Implement AI governance frameworks aligned with the EU AI Act
• Define and enforce compliance policies, standards, and procedures for AI solutions
• Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into technical and business practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, manufacturing, procurement)
• Ensure AI systems are transparent, explainable, and compliant
• Develop and deliver internal training and awareness programs for responsible AI usage
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on implications
• Support risk assessments and governance processes for AI initiatives

What You Bring

• Degree in law, engineering, or a related field (e.g., LL.M, JD, MSc or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and associated regulatory requirements
• Proven experience in compliance, governance, or legal advisory roles
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical implementation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in project management, change management, or business analysis
• Fluent in English
