Assignment Description

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Develop and operate backend services for the Customer Service Platform
• Build and maintain integrations between customer-service systems and internal platforms
• Design and develop scalable APIs
• Develop routing and messaging capabilities for customer-service operations
• Build platform services supporting AI-driven customer support
• Work with distributed systems and service-oriented architectures
• Develop unified customer-context services and standardized data models
• Develop and maintain frontend functionality using React and Next.js
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decisions
• Work with product managers, engineers and data specialists
• Ensure application performance, security, observability and accessibility
• Write and maintain automated tests
• Contribute to continuous improvement of platform capabilities

What You Bring

• Strong professional experience with Java backend development
• Experience building production-grade backend services and APIs
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures
• Experience building integration services connecting multiple systems
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of cloud-native development and scalable architectures
• Experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, routing and data fetching
• Experience with automated testing and integration testing
• Knowledge of performance, security, observability and accessibility
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in an evolving environment
