CENTRES INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS MANAGER – INGKA CENTRES

Your responsibilities In this role, you will lead the organisation’s insights and analytics agenda, ensuring clear visibility into business performance and future opportunities. You will steer a team of insights specialists and act as a strategic partner to drive data-informed decision-making and support value creation across Ingka Centres.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of business-critical insights, ensuring high-quality analytics across partner, competitor, customer, and visitation dimensions

• Drive and develop performance measurement frameworks, including KPIs and insight structures that support strategic objectives and identify performance gaps

• Translate complex data and insight streams into clear, actionable business recommendations that support strategic and operational decisions

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing insights team, strengthening capabilities and enabling an insight-led culture across the organisation

• Partner closely with business leaders to integrate insights into planning, ensuring strong alignment with business strategies and market dynamics

This role will be reporting to CFO

Who you are

You are an experienced leader within insights and analytics with a strong ability to translate data into strategic business impact. You are comfortable operating in complex environments, leading teams, and influencing decision-making at senior levels.

• You have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within insights, analytics, or business intelligence

• You have at least 6 years of managerial experience, with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

• You hold a university degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Data, or similar

• You have strong experience in performance measurement, KPI frameworks, and business analytics

• You are skilled in translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations • You are an effective communicator and stakeholder partner, able to influence and guide senior leaders

• You are comfortable navigating complexity and driving change through data and insights
