You will create written and visual storytelling for founders, brands, programs, clients, and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

You will take full ownership of:

• Writing high-quality content, including:

  • LinkedIn posts

  • Articles

  • Newsletters

  • Case studies

  • Landing pages

  • Campaign content

• Interviewing internal experts and converting raw input into clear, professional content

• Building content calendars aligned with:

  • Business goals

  • Launches

  • Offers

  • Recruitment needs

• Supporting authority-building across:

  • AI

  • Education

  • Business transformation

  • Talent

  • Legal

  • International growth

• Using AI tools to:

  • Accelerate research

  • Draft content

  • Repurpose existing material

  • Increase output

• Tracking content performance based on:

  • Engagement

  • Leads

  • Meetings

  • Applications

  • Credibility

First 90 Days

• Audit existing content and define authority themes

• Build content calendars for leadership and key brands

• Publish the first series of high-quality content (posts, articles, case studies)

• Establish a measurement framework linking content to leads or applications

KPI Framework

• Publishing velocity

• Engagement quality

• Inbound leads / applications

• Authority assets

• Repurposing efficiency

• Content-to-meeting conversion

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong English writing skills with a clear business tone

• A solid understanding of positioning, authority, and audience psychology

• Ability to turn raw input into structured content without heavy guidance

• Comfortable using AI tools while maintaining non-generic quality

• Fast, precise, and responsive to direct feedback
