Country Marketing & Activation Leader – Ingka Centres

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you lead the country‑level Marketing & Activation agenda to achieve country commercial and brand goals. You are responsible for translating business priorities into strong, integrated marketing, media, and activation plans, ensuring effective execution across channels, partners, and stakeholders.

You work closely with Market and Meeting Place Marketing & Activation Leaders, as well as IKEA and other key partners, to deliver impactful go‑to‑market initiatives, campaigns, activations, and community engagement across the country.

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Lead the common Marketing & Activation agenda across markets and domains to deliver on VCM and business goals

· Develop and implement a multi-channel partner lead generation platform to drive commercial opportunities

· Define and drive the direction for partner activation, ensuring consistency and scalability across markets

· Secure and support markets in establishing portfolio-wide brand and IP partnerships, including collaboration with the Retail Media Platform

· Support markets in the execution of partner activation activities when needed

· Establish and follow up on relevant performance measurements to track impact and continuously optimize activation strategies

WHO YOU ARE

You are a commercially minded marketing leader with strong experience in activation, media, and integrated marketing planning. You are comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels, and you thrive in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments where collaboration and performance are key.

You have:

· A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience within marketing, activation, media, or communication.

· At least 2 years of managerial or people leadership experience.

· A university degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

· Strong experience in integrated marketing planning, media activation and buying, and performance marketing.

· Proven ability to collaborate across functions, partners, and brands, including close cooperation with IKEA.

· A data‑driven and improvement‑focused mindset, with strong execution capability.
