CTO (Chief Technology Officer) — Zellify

Zellify builds subscription web funnels for apps — quiz funnels, web paywalls, onboarding flows — and the AI layer that generates them. We work with app companies across Europe, the US and beyond.

We’re hiring a CTO to own our technology end to end and lead engineering as we scale.

What you’ll own

• The technical vision and architecture for the whole platform — from the AI agent runtime to the funnel infrastructure our customers build on.
• Our AI systems — LLM orchestration, multi-agent architecture, and the infrastructure that runs them at scale.
• Engineering execution — you set the standards, ship alongside the team, and are accountable for velocity, reliability and security.
• Building and leading the engineering team.

What we’re looking for

• Experience owning engineering at an early-stage startup — you’ve personally built and shipped product, and helped scale it.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in AI systems — LLM agents, orchestration, prompt and tooling infrastructure — building the systems around models, not just using them.
• Strong full-stack engineering (TypeScript/Node.js) and modern cloud/serverless infrastructure (e.g. Cloudflare, serverless databases).
• The judgment to make architecture calls under uncertainty and the discipline to keep the system secure and reliable as it scales.
• You lead by building, communicate directly, and raise the bar for everyone around you.

We care about what you’ve built, not your credentials — a specific degree is not required.

Nice to have

• Subscription/paywall or growth infrastructure, payment integrations, or marketing APIs.
• A track record scaling a product and a team from early stage.
