The Role
As Divisional Director, you will have overall responsibility for the division’s strategy, market position, financial performance, and continued development. You will lead the business through local department managers and ensure collaboration, execution, and business development across countries.
The role has a strong focus on growth, customer relationships, and building the conditions for a high-performing and competitive Nordic organization.

Drive the division’s financial performance, profitability, and resource utilization.
Serve as an active member of the Renewable Energy leadership team and contribute to Norconsult’s continued development.

You have extensive experience leading large, knowledge-intensive teams and are motivated by building organizations, developing people, and delivering business results. You possess a strong understanding of the energy market and the trends shaping the future of electrification, grid expansion, and the energy transition.
You have a proven track record in complex sales, market and business development with a clear understanding of how strong customer relationships are transformed into sustainable long-term growth.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Experience developing and implementing market and business strategies.
Strong expertise in power systems, transmission, distribution, and energy infrastructure.
Proven results in sales, market development, and business growth.
Experience with budget, profit and loss, and overall financial responsibility.
Experience leading organizational change and transformation.
A demonstrated ability to build strong teams and create results through other leaders.
A well-established network within the power sector in Sweden and preferably across the Nordic region.
The ability to identify and realize new business opportunities.
A solid understanding of digitalization, artificial intelligence, and future ways of working within the consulting industry.
Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Scandinavian language, preferably Norwegian or Swedish.
As a leader, you are confident and clear in your approach, combining strategic vision with a strong ability to execute. You are commercial, decisive, and relationship-oriented, with the ability to create engagement and direction within an international organization.
You thrive in times of change, have the courage to make difficult decisions when required, and can balance attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective. Above all, you are motivated by creating growth through people, customers, and strong collaboration.
The position can be based at any of our offices, although we prefer candidates located in Gothenburg or Stockholm. The role involves extensive travel across the Nordic region and internationally, and frequent travel should be expected.
