Field Application Scientist

To meet this momentum, we are looking for an additional Field Application Scientist to join our commercial team. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative scale-up environment where science, innovation, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role
You will act as the scientific ambassador for our company, empowering researchers and lab professionals to unlock the full potential of our superRCA technology. You will will be key in ensuring customer success, from delivering hands-on training, offering expert guidance, and providing professional technical support.
You’ll also collaborate closely with R&D and product management to ensure that real-world customer feedback is translated into meaningful product improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer onboarding and provide technical training on our assays and technologies.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring a smooth implementation and ongoing support.
- Collaborate closely with R&D to channel customer feedback into product improvements and innovation.
- Contribute to sales by demonstrating product value, supporting technical evaluations, and participating in customer meetings.
- Help build scalable workflows, documentation, and best practices for customer success.
The role is based at our office in Uppsala Science Park but will require frequent global traveling. You will report to the Sales Director and become part of a growing commercial team.

Your Profile
We are looking for you who is not only technically proficient and customer-focused but also driven by a passion for empowering others. You’ll be the expert guiding scientists, helping them excel in their research by serving as their trusted advisor and application coach.
Essential Qualifications:
- MSc or PhD degree in Molecular biology, Biotechnology or related scientific field.
- Scientifically proficient in Molecular techniques such as; RCA, PCR and Flow cytometry.
- Previous experience from technical support and/or application science roles in an industry setting is essential.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial mindset with a willingness to support sales activities.
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
