Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst

What You Will Work On

• Lead and coordinate requirements management activities for IT initiatives
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Support the design and implementation of cross-functional IT solutions
• Work closely with engineering, R&D, and product development teams
• Drive workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings
• Define and improve requirements management processes and methodologies
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and user expectations
• Coordinate requirements-related activities across multiple teams and regions
• Contribute to process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with established standards, governance, and best practices
• Support successful project and product deliveries throughout the lifecycle

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, or IT project delivery
• Strong experience gathering and managing complex business requirements
• Proven ability to lead and mentor Business Analysts
• Experience working within global and multicultural environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements discussions
• Knowledge of business process modeling techniques
• Familiarity with requirements management methodologies and tools
• Understanding of Agile development and delivery frameworks
• Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and integration concepts
• Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints
