Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to support analytics and finance-related transformation initiatives within a large international organization.

What You Will Work On

• Lead and deliver analytics and finance-related IT projects across the full project lifecycle
• Drive initiatives from pre-study and procurement through implementation and handover
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery scope
• Ensure project progress, governance, and change management execution
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, finance, IT, and operational teams
• Facilitate steering committees, project meetings, and workshops
• Work closely with analytics and data teams to support reporting and decision-making needs
• Lead evaluation and selection of standard platforms and packaged solutions
• Manage supplier dialogue, RFx processes, and procurement activities
• Oversee implementation, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery deviations
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and project health indicators
• Support structured governance and reporting throughout execution

What You Bring

• Minimum 10+ years of experience leading IT projects in complex organizations
• Experience delivering analytics, business intelligence, data, or finance-related initiatives
• Strong understanding of finance processes including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up
• Experience evaluating and implementing standard systems such as BI platforms, ERP solutions, or financial planning tools
• Proven stakeholder management capabilities across business and IT functions
• Experience managing cross-functional and enterprise-scale initiatives
• Strong understanding of both Agile and traditional project methodologies
• Experience with governance, reporting structures, and risk management practices
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across executive and operational levels
• Ability to drive delivery while balancing business goals and operational constraints
