• Setting and communicating a clear product vision and strategy
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers
• Understanding customer needs through research and data
• Defining and following up on OKRs together with your team
• Balancing scope, time, cost and quality in product delivery
• Supporting and empowering your team to perform at their best
• Continuously learning and improving how we work
