Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Tetra Rex Development to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead the project organization, defining roles, responsibilities, and objectives to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop, communicate, and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Define, execute, manage, and communicate detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Establish and manage the project budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Plan and oversee quality activities to meet project requirements using appropriate processes, methods, and tools.
  • Develop and implement risk management plans to anticipate and mitigate potential project issues.
  • Drive ongoing development projects and pre-studies for Tetra Rex, including new product development and product life cycle management.
  • Work closely with the Tetra Rex Program team and support the Agile way of working in Scrum teams.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a relevant field.
  • Previous experience working at Tetra Pak, preferably with Tetra Rex.
  • Strong competence in project and stakeholder management.
  • Skilled in Office applications, Jira, and Planview.
  • Open, collaborative personality with the ability to support and create a high-performing team.
  • Experience working in Scrum teams and applying Agile methodologies.
  • Independent, proactive, and capable of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
