What You Will Work On

• Establish and structure requirements management processes
• Drive and define non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability)
• Translate ISO standards into practical working methods
• Facilitate workshops and alignment forums across stakeholders
• Define governance, roles, and responsibilities for requirements handling
• Act as a methodological advisor within the organization
• Ensure adoption and adherence to defined processes
• Bridge business, architecture, and IT perspectives

What You Bring

• Senior-level experience in requirements analysis and requirements management
• Strong expertise in non-functional requirements (NFRs)
• Experience defining and implementing requirements processes and governance
• Ability to translate theoretical frameworks into practical ways of working
• Experience facilitating workshops and driving stakeholder alignment
• Strong communication skills bridging business and IT
• Experience working with information security standards (e.g., ISO 27000 series)
