Job Description

• You will guide the team in Scrum ways of working and help create an efficient, collaborative delivery flow.
• You will facilitate agile ceremonies and support the team in planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
• You will contribute hands-on development in Java and work with solutions built in AWS.
• You will help bridge delivery leadership and technical execution in day-to-day work.
• You will work closely with the team to remove blockers and keep progress aligned with goals.

Requirements

• Experience and interest in working as a Scrum Master.
• Strong development skills in Java.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Ability to complete a background check before the assignment starts.

Nice to have

• Experience from automotive.
• Experience with connected services.
