Senior Solution Architect

We are hiring: Senior Solution Architect / DevOps Architect

📍 Location: Luleå, Sweden (Hybrid – partly remote with regular on-site presence)

📅 Assignment Duration: July 2026 – June 2029

⏳ Scope: 80–100%

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support a long-term digital transformation and development initiative within a large public-sector environment in Sweden.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional development and operations teams to improve software delivery processes, establish modern DevOps practices, and support continuous integration and deployment strategies. The assignment includes both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, with a strong focus on collaboration, automation, security, and agile delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Define and improve development processes, standards, and architectural practices

• Drive CI/CD and DevOps initiatives across multiple teams

• Support implementation of automation, infrastructure, and deployment solutions

• Act as an advisor for development, integration, and operational improvements

• Contribute to the adoption of secure development and delivery pipelines

• Collaborate with stakeholders in agile environments and support technical transformation activities

🔹 Required Competence

• Extensive experience in software development and solution architecture

• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices

• Hands-on experience with Jenkins Pipelines

• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or container-based platforms

• Experience with Ansible and infrastructure/configuration automation

• Experience integrating security into automated delivery pipelines

• Previous experience working within public-sector or regulated environments

• Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English

🔹 Valuable Experience

• Agile transformation and leadership experience

• Knowledge of BDD methodologies

• Experience with GitOps or configuration-as-code approaches

• Familiarity with Oracle, JBoss, and MQ technologies is considered an advantage

⚠️ Please note:

The role requires eligibility for security clearance before assignment start. Consultants should also be flexible regarding on-site presence in Luleå when required.
