Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Supply Planner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Drive and coordinate purchasing activities within product development projects.
• Plan and purchase components to support operational activities and project needs.
• Ensure availability of components and manage capital commitment in collaboration with the planning team.
• Act as a key contact for customers, development departments, suppliers, production, and other internal functions.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in the planning process to adapt to a changing environment.
• Communicate effectively to keep all stakeholders updated throughout the planning and purchasing process.
• Make quick, well-informed decisions to support timely delivery to users.

What you bring:

• University education in Supply Chain, preferably a master’s degree in engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience as a planner or in a similar supply chain role.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of drive and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a values-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Strong proficiency in Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Ability to perform well under a high work tempo and make quick decisions when needed.
