Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Process Owner / Technical System Owner (TSO) User Journey Owner

What You Will Work On

  • Drive the development and evolution of the TSO user journey and roadmap
  • Structure and improve system ownership practices across the organization
  • Map and analyze system landscapes, ownership structures, and meta-model relationships
  • Collaborate closely with TSOs, VFOs, architecture teams, and additional stakeholders
  • Consolidate input from multiple teams into scalable governance models and ways of working
  • Collect, analyze, and address stakeholder concerns and organizational feedback
  • Develop governance frameworks, practical instructions, and supporting documentation
  • Ensure alignment and effective communication across business and technical functions
  • Drive implementation and adoption of decisions and governance structures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to ownership and operating models
  • Create clarity and structure within a dynamic and evolving environment

What You Bring

  • Proven hands-on experience working as a Technical System Owner (TSO) (mandatory requirement)
  • Strong understanding of system ownership models and governance structures
  • Experience working with complex system landscapes and organizational structures
  • Proven experience operating in large and complex organizations
  • Strong ability to coordinate and align stakeholders across multiple domains and functions
  • Experience transforming complexity into structured and practical ways of working
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
  • Strong analytical and structured approach with the ability to establish clarity and direction
  • Proactive and action-oriented mindset with ability to drive implementation and progress
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable operating in environments with evolving priorities and changing conditions
