Job Summary

The Next Chapter System Platform (NCSP) is the new foundation for everything we do at Tetra Pak. It’s a strategic programme to standardise, harmonise, and simplify our ways of working across the company. The programme will do this by building two elements of our operating model:

 

1. Our future technology and data foundation

2. Our future process landscape

 

We created the next chapter for Tetra Pak to become a more dynamic, productive and capable company. To achieve this, we introduced a new operating model, including a new organisational structure. The Next Chapter System Platform programme will strengthen our operating model to help us work in new ways in the years ahead.

 

This is a multi-year transformation starting with the first pilot in Iberia with golive February 2026, followed by several further pilots and implementation waves based on geographical scope. At the heart of this is our ERP replacement with SAP S/4HANA.

With NCSP programme, we’ll build more than a platform, we’ll create the foundation for Tetra Pak’s success for the next 70 years and beyond. 

Programme Management Office of NCSP is responsible for six key areas related to the overall programme.

– Methods & Tools Centre of Governance & Compliance

– Planning & Execution Strategic & Integrated Planning

– Risk & Quality Delivery & Quality Assurance

– Dependencies Management Manage Programme Dependencies

– Resource Planning & Control Resource & Capacity Management

– Solution Delivery Centre PMO Solution Delivery Planning and Execution

The PMO will also have dedicated PMO representatives that will be embedded

in each project that drives the implementation from initiation to deployment

according to the programme rollout plan.

The position will be based in Lund, Sweden.

What you will do

As the Solution Delivery Centre Manager in the NCSP Programme, you will act as an integrated part of the Solution delivery management driving planning, progress tracking and risk & issue management for the Solution delivery body including identifying, proposing and driving actions.

Key areas in your role are to;

• Drive phase and cycle planning and prioritization across projects (demand input).

• Drive analysis of capacity between teams and projects (supply input).

• Report on progress (Earned value, closed etc.) in several dimensions (projects, teams, deliverable types) and drive towards actions.

• Drive consistency in planning across all teams in SDC.

• Drive data quality and consistency.
• Collect, prioritize and communicate risks & issues.

• Ensure adherence to established methodologies, standards, and frameworks to maintain quality and consistency.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices based on insights and lessons learned.

We believe you have

• Strong experience (at least 5 years) in project management, controller or PMO roles within complex programmes.

• Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of project governance frameworks and risk management practices.

• Experience from managing cross functional project teams.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, communication skills, analytical skills, change management skills.

• Capability to maneuver through highly complex political and cultural situations effectively.

• Fluent English skills.
