Your Mission

Build the investor-facing foundation required for capital and strategic opportunities, including:

• Materials

• Data rooms

• Financial narrative

• Diligence structure

Core Responsibilities

You will take ownership of:

• Creating investor decks, one-pagers, company profiles, and financial summaries

• Building and maintaining a structured, audit-ready data room

• Preparing investor updates, meeting briefs, and diligence responses

• Coordinating with finance, legal, sales, and operations to validate information

• Translating business complexity into a clear, credible growth story

• Supporting capital raises, M&A, partnerships, and strategic finance processes

First 90 Days

• Audit existing investor materials and identify gaps

• Build initial data room structure and a missing-document tracker

• Create or upgrade the core investor deck and group narrative

• Establish a recurring investor update format tied to KPIs and milestones

KPI Framework

• Data room readiness

• Investor material quality

• Diligence response speed

• Financial story clarity

• Update discipline

• Capital process support

Who We’re Looking For

• Background in finance, strategy, investing, consulting, or corporate development

• Strong writing and presentation skills

• Ability to structure complex information into investor-grade materials

• High attention to detail and discretion

• Ability to connect financials to narrative
