The role of Finance Manager with us is broad, and with the support of an external accounting firm you will handle everything from annual financial statements and day‑to‑day bookkeeping to reporting and HR support. You are the company’s financial expert and serve as a backbone in an entrepreneurial environment where ideas are plentiful and things can move quickly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for statutory accounting and reporting

• Monthly reporting to the Board of Directors

• Cash flow analyses • Inventory analyses

• Provide overarching expertise in payroll/HR/legal matters

• Manage work permit processes together with an external agency

To succeed in the role, you need:

• Degree in finance or accounting
• Several years of experience as an accountant, finance manager, or auditor
• Experience from an entrepreneurial and international environment is considered an advantage
• Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
