Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect to join a large-scale S/4HANA greenfield transformation program.

What You Will Work On

• Lead solution architecture and design for SAP FICO within an S/4HANA greenfield transformation
• Design and implement scalable and integrated SAP finance solutions
• Support end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across global operations
• Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analyses
• Configure and optimize SAP FI and CO processes
• Support testing, cutover planning, training, and go-live activities
• Ensure integration between SAP and legacy/non-SAP systems
• Drive process improvements and finance system modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with finance, business, and technical stakeholders
• Support governance, architecture standards, and best practices
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Contribute to Agile delivery and transformation methodologies

What You Bring

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience
• Minimum 5+ years working as a Solution Architect
• Proven experience from at least two full-cycle SAP implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations (greenfield experience preferred)
• Deep expertise within SAP FI and SAP CO modules
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations with external and non-SAP systems
• Experience with financial processes, configuration, and enterprise architecture
• Experience working within automotive or manufacturing industries is highly beneficial
• Familiarity with Central Finance, VIM, Blackline, SAC, and SAP Activate is advantageous
• Agile mindset with experience using tools such as JIRA
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• SAP certifications are considered a strong advantage
• Ability to work across both strategic and hands-on technical activities
