Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Tester with strong FNZ platform

What You Will Work On

  • Lead and execute testing activities across transformation and migration initiatives
  • Validate migration from legacy systems to new platform solutions
  • Ensure quality assurance throughout testing cycles and release processes
  • Design, coordinate, and execute test strategies and test scenarios
  • Verify financial system integrations and end-to-end business processes
  • Support regulatory and compliance validation activities
  • Validate reporting processes toward external parties and authorities
  • Collaborate closely with business operations, technology teams, and external vendors
  • Identify risks, quality gaps, and improvement opportunities during delivery
  • Support change initiatives while maintaining delivery quality and operational stability
  • Drive structured defect management and issue resolution processes
  • Contribute to establishing scalable testing practices and governance frameworks

What You Bring

  • Senior experience within software testing and quality assurance
  • Proven experience working with the FNZ platform
  • Experience supporting large transformation programs and system migration initiatives
  • Strong understanding of complex financial systems and integration landscapes
  • Experience with reporting processes toward external stakeholders, including tax and governmental reporting
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and frameworks including SEPA, MiFID, and BaFin
  • Experience working in environments with high requirements for quality, security, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong experience collaborating across business operations, IT teams, and external suppliers
  • Structured and detail-oriented working approach with strong focus on delivery quality
  • Ability to work methodically and effectively in complex environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to drive progress and resolve challenges independently
  • Comfortable working in dynamic and change-intensive organizations requiring adaptability and ownership
