About the Role

You will take a key role in mechanical validation for next-generation robotics and production technology in an advanced industrial automation environment. Here, testing is closely connected to real products, machinery, and mechatronic systems, which means your work will have a clear impact on quality, functionality, and development progress. You will work in a highly technical laboratory setting together with engineering and production teams, helping shape how mechanical testing is planned, executed, and improved. Job Description

• You will lead and coordinate mechanical testing activities across robotics, machinery, and mechatronic systems.
• You will develop and improve test methodologies and test automation processes.
• You will perform analysis, troubleshooting, and validation of mechanical systems.
• You will work hands-on in laboratory and production-related environments using measurement instruments.
• You will interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation to support testing and validation.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and production teams to secure quality and functionality.
• You will produce technical documentation and test reports in English.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience within mechanical engineering, machinery, mechatronics, robotics, and production technology
• Strong experience as Test Lead within mechanical or industrial environments
• Experience with test automation and structured test methodologies
• Strong computer and technical system skills
• Experience working in laboratory environments and with measurement instruments
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
