You are a few years into your career and have discovered that improving how organisations work is something you are genuinely good at. You enjoy the space where quality, sustainability, communication and change come together, and you are ready to take on broader responsibility in an international setting. You bring what you already know, learn what you do not, and see AI as a natural part of getting work done. Here, your curiosity will have real reach.

About the role

The company behind this role is a global high tech group developing advanced production solutions for the electronics industry. Its technology is used in demanding manufacturing environments where precision, quality and continuous improvement matter.

You will join a global division with around 600 employees across countries including the USA, Germany, France, China and Taiwan. The division brings together several businesses with different histories, needs and ways of working. Your role is to help them develop in a shared direction while turning divisional initiatives into practical and lasting improvements.

Reporting directly to the Head of Division, you will work closely with the division management team. You will be in regular contact with business leaders, production managers, sales leaders and other functional heads across the international organisation. You will also collaborate with corporate specialists within areas such as quality, sustainability and compliance.

The role includes travel to international operations, amounting to up to approximately 15 percent of your working time.

Your focus areas

Your role is to implement, drive and follow up on programmes across several divisional areas. You will develop processes, introduce new ways of working and build structures that make progress visible and easier to act on.

Your work will include:

  • Quality and business improvement, developing processes, performance indicators, management systems and internal audit practices
  • Sustainability and sustainability reporting, collecting, validating and consolidating data while following up on goals and activities
  • Customer satisfaction, leading the annual customer survey and helping the businesses turn insights into concrete improvements
  • Risk management and business continuity, following up on risks and strengthening the organisation’s ability to prevent and respond to major disruptions
  • Change management, creating understanding and commitment when common processes and initiatives are introduced across different parts of the organisation
  • AI and digital ways of working, identifying and testing new ways to improve analysis, reporting, consolidation and recurring processes

The role also touches on product compliance, trade compliance, document control and other shared regulatory requirements.

The scope is broad by design. You are not expected to be an expert in every area from day one. What matters is that you bring a solid foundation in quality improvement and organisational change, along with the curiosity and drive to keep learning.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a relevant university degree or equivalent post secondary education
  • Has experience in quality improvement and has helped implement or improve processes, ways of working and follow up models
  • Has worked with change management and understands that lasting change requires structure, communication and commitment
  • Is comfortable working with performance indicators, analysis and follow up
  • Has an interest in sustainability, customer satisfaction and operational improvement
  • Already uses AI to make everyday work more effective and can share examples of how you have applied it
  • Communicates confidently in English, both verbally and in writing

Experience from industrial operations, manufacturing, quality management systems or an international organisation is an advantage.

You are curious, driven and comfortable taking initiative. You enjoy stepping into new areas, making sense of complex information and following an idea all the way through to real change.

Building trust comes naturally to you, and you know how to adapt your communication between senior leaders, specialists and local teams. You can challenge with tact, keep momentum when priorities compete and bring people with you even when you do not have formal authority.

You keep track of the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. You are also keen to test new tools, rethink familiar routines and find smarter ways to move the work forward.
