Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Functional Lead

What You Will Work On

• Lead Supplier Quality initiatives at Group level
• Drive transformation from reactive to proactive quality management
• Harmonize processes and ways of working across business areas
• Define and implement KPI frameworks for decision-making and prioritization
• Improve data quality, usability, and reporting capabilities
• Enable root cause analysis and cost transparency
• Reduce manual work and improve efficiency in tools and workflows
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
• Identify and implement best practices across the organization
• Establish governance structures and follow-up mechanisms

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in Supplier Quality within large and complex organizations (e.g., defense, aerospace, automotive, industrial)
• Proven track record of driving transformation and improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of supplier quality processes (APQP, PPAP, FAI, NCR, root cause analysis)
• Experience working across R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing interfaces
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong stakeholder management skills in matrix organizations
• Structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Swedish citizenship (required for security clearance)
